SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

We're fast! Most orders placed before 3pm ET ship the same day. Orders placed after 3pm ET will typically ship the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.

DELIVERY TIME

Once shipped, orders are delivered within 3–4 business days, depending on your location within the United States.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship within the United States only.

SHIPPING RATES

Standard shipping: $4.99
Free shipping on all orders of 8 boxes or more.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscription orders follow the same processing and delivery timelines. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have not received your tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@trykroozies.com.

ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER

If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at hello@trykroozies.com and we will make it right.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, or circumstances outside our control.
